Need 1 week per month minimum (on an ongoing basis) May not be called in immediately unless a true emergency but need to be available 24 hours (hospitalist and ER doctors will stabilize and manage the case until the ENT consult can be obtained) May see only 1-2 consults per day but could see up to 6-7 in a 24 hour period. Cases vary from simple nose bleeds, infections, etc. to high risk, critical care. Little to no office-based or outpatient responsibilities. Can get a temp AZ license in 6 weeks (with no malpractice) Start will be as soon as we can license/credential and will be ongoing
