Board Certified or Board Eligible, Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to provide coverage 7/6/09-10/2/09 with the option to extend through 4/2/10. Work hours are M-F 8a-4:30pm. Ambulatory Care outpatient setting. No call, no weekends. Perform historys and physicals exams, making electronic progress notes, scheduling return visits, writing orders for labs and x-rays, prescribing medications. Function as a primary care physician, the provider shall request, consultations from specialists and subspecialists. Participate in conferences and attend meetings. *Must have computer skills, site uses computerized medical records system. *Must have BLS.
