The Practice
Join an established group that has served the region for over 40 years. Annual case loads per surgeon range from 450 to 600 cases with the vast majority being performed at the physician-owned surgical hospital. The group affiliates with a 300-bed hospital with a level III trauma center so the 1:7 call schedule is light to say the least. Initially, you will receive a $475,000 guaranteed salary, health benefits and malpractice coverage.

Requirements
In-practice candidates must be board certified. Resident/Fellow candidates will be expected to become board certified prior to becoming a shareholder. The opportunity is open to generalists as well as fellowship trained surgeons. Spine fellows could build a practice focused primarily on spine in addition to rotating in the general call schedule.
