• $150,000 - $160,000 base salary plus incentive plan
• On-site Dermatology, Geriatric Psychiatry, Podiatry, Ophthalmology and Dentistry
• Very light 1:4 consult call – access to a Geriatric Hospitalist team
• Clinical teaching includes Family Practice residents, Geriatric fellows, Palliative Care fellows and PA and NP students
• 50% nursing home, 50% house calls
